Our Executive Team
Everhard Carstens
Everhard started his career as a qualified secondary school teacher. After a career change he completed his external audit articles at Coopers $ Lybrand and thereafter joined the internal audit function of a large listed company in 1996. In 2001 he became part of an Internal Audit Consulting firm and remained there until 2011.
Everhard is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and has more than 22 years' experience in internal auditing, risk management and corporate governance. Everhard is co-founder of Prozilog Pty Ltd.
John du Plessis
John started his career as a financial manager in the medical services industry after completing his external audit articles at Venter & De Jager. In 1996 he joined the internal audit department of large listed company. In 2001 John became part of an Internal Audit Consulting firm and remained there until 2011.
John is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Risk Management Assurance provider (CRMA) with more than 22 years' experience in internal auditing, risk management and corporate governance.
John is a co-founder of Prozilog Pty Ltd.
